Nakhl Arg Kariman
Nakhl Arg Kariman Parts Manufacturing Company (Private Joint Stock) was established in 2017 in the Arg-e Jadid Special Economic Zone, Bam, Kerman Province. The company designs, engineers and manufactures light- and heavy-vehicle body parts and industrial components. The head office is in Tehran, at Shahran Second Square, Lida Commercial Complex, and the factory is in Bam.
Production is aimed at body parts and assemblies that have to reach an automaker’s line with dimensional accuracy, repeatability and stable quality. Part engineering, tooling and the press process are treated as one chain. A part is defined from the customer’s requirement and the engineering drawing, and the process and inspection plan are built on that definition.
The published capacity is several million parts a year. The current plant introduction uses these figures: more than 250 people, 18 presses, three production lines and about 5,400 tonnes of press capacity. Those figures describe the scale of the factory. Each order is still reviewed against its drawing, sheet material, volume and quality requirement.
